Guarantee

You get a guarantee that is better than that offered by most other inspectors. They say they will refund your money if you are not satisfied with their inspection. But what if they miss a very important issue that costs more to fix? 

If I miss it I fix it. The issue must be visible and it must be an item listed on the CREIA and or NACHI Standards of Practice. You must have obtained a homeowner’s insurance policy and you must inform me immediately upon discovery of the issue and let me inspect it and verify that it is an issue.
